乙龍天招牌叉燒
肥一分會膩、瘦一分會柴,外層口感香酥微焦但內層肉質依然嫩滑多汁,火候恰到好處又入味三分,滿口蜜汁的香味。值得一提的是,以其秘製的叉燒醬汁拌飯也是一絕。

極品乳豬
乳豬原材料來源於本地最優質的精養農場,肉質新鮮上乘。出品皮脆肉糯,肥瘦層次質地分明,有種入口即化的感覺。

Skyview Fusion Cuisine Signature Barbecue
The fatty part will be greasy and the lean part will be dry. The outer layer is crispy and slightly burnt while the inner layer is still tender and juicy. This is attributed to just the right amount of heat, and there is lots of flavour; the aroma of sweet juices fills the mouth. It is worth mentioning that its secret barbecue sauce is also delectable when mixed with rice.

The suckling pig is sourced from the finest local farms, and its meat is of the highest quality. On the finished product, the skin is crispy and the meat glutinous, with well-defined fatty and lean textures that have a melt-in-your-mouth feeling.
